

Sound Healing
Sound healing is a science-supported, nervous-system-based practice that uses intentional sound and vibration to guide the body out of chronic stress and into a state of regulation, clarity, and restoration. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and voice, sound works directly with the brain and vagus nerve to slow brainwaves, reduce cortisol, and activate the body’s natural healing response.

Rena is a Certified Sound Healer through the Celestia School of Sound, trained in facilitating sessions that are both grounding and deeply restorative. Sessions are available in person or via Zoom, making this work accessible wherever you are.
